its unique industrial-scale content merchandising services for a range of customers that
include Target, Walmart, and more.

We're a San Francisco-based, venture-backed startup. We're at a great size (25 people)

VP Of Engineering

We're looking for a seasoned executive capable of building and managing a
development team from 10 to 30 or more. You need to have substantial experience
running development teams at fast-paced startups. You're also good at product
development, flushing out problems in requirements documents and managing program
managers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management: Lead and manage a world-class team of
  • Process: Integrate the Architectural input of the CTO and the Business input of
    the CEO to drive an effective product development
  • Planning: Work with the CEO to develop effective operational development
    plans.

    diplomacy that will allow you to rapidly earn the respect of technical teams

  • Comfort recruiting and managing a growing team of very bright engineers on
    projects at a scale and pace they have not encountered
  • Familiarity with Ruby is a plus
