The Talent, Performance & Rewards (TPR) service line enhances clients' ability to compete in the market place for the talent needed to achieve their long-term financial and strategic objectives in a cost effective and risk-efficient manner. TPR provides an integrated talent approach that address the complete lifecycle of talent, from identification and acquisition to development, performance, and incentive, supported by the right foundational programs, which includes a focus on rewards, learning, analytics and technology, to enable clients to gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, product development, and business operations.

The Talent, Performance & Rewards practice is looking for qualified Senior Consultants with experience in the area of Learning Solutions, which includes enterprise learning strategy, operations, and governance; learning systems, technologies, and infrastructure; formal learning design and development; and informal, on-the-job learning.

Learning Solutions- This service offering focuses on optimizing the value of and return on talent development investment through development, growth, and maintenance of knowledge capital.

Job Duties

  • Deliver multiple types of learning projects, including:
  • Learning operations assessment and analysis
  • Learning transformation strategy and roadmap development
  • Learning organization and governance model design
  • Learning process optimization
  • Learning vendor and curriculum rationalization
  • Alignment of learning with talent strategies including competency modeling, staffing, and recruiting
  • HR and learning analytics, ROI valuation, and predictive modeling
  • Curriculum design and development
  • Assessment, evaluation, selection, and implementation of leading-edge learning technology solutions
  • Implementation of learning management systems with a focus on Learning 2.0
  • Analysis and development of social networks and other collaboration systems
  • Development of integrated talent/performance/learning dashboards and portals
  • Training design and development, including WBT, ILT, virtual classroom, simulations, and performance support materials
  • Contribute to development of proposals
  • Contribute to creation of learning tools, methodologies, and eminence

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years learning-related experience in industry or consulting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading project teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel at least 4 days per week

  • Relevant Business & Technical Skills

  • MBA/Master's Degree preferred
  • Prior Big 4 or other consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
