Responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling, maintaining and executing all cluster and station specific text programs for the sales departments. This includes but is not limited to: knowing and programming the text platform, prize fulfillment, maintaining accurate files on every text campaign, and obtaining necessary approvals on all campaigns.
Generating daily, weekly and campaign specific reports as requested.
Scheduling and executing all prize fulfillment and follow through for all online contests and/or giveaways generated through the CCLA Sales Departments.
Responsible for organizing, scheduling, maintaining and executing sales online campaigns as directed. This includes working with Integrated, Marketing, and/or Promotions Managers on asset spreads, proposals, and recaps, coordinating on-air and online streaming promos, rules development, copy and graphics development, project analytics, and maintaining complete files for each project.
Responsible for aiding the Online Traffic Department in scheduling, maintaining records, and sending creative for DART orders.
Will manage the Online Rewards Programs' assets such as sponsorships, surveys, newsletters, and bonus points relative to sponsor association of the various programs.
Will schedule and maintain weekly sales focused lifestyle surveys for the Online Rewards Program.
Participates in on site events as needed.
Will assist in managing other special promotional projects and/or events as requested, and serve as back up to the Integrated Director of Operations and Sr. Project Manager.
Required Skills 1-3 years of substantial online marketing and/or social experience, ideally from a digital agency, brand, or top online publisher.
Proven track record of social media and mobile marketing program development and execution.
Must be an enthusiastic and avid user of social media/internet communities.
Solid understanding of organic search engine optimization.
Proven project management skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing or working with digital agencies.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
