Join an enterprise Process Improvement team as a Business Analyst gathering and documenting requirements from both technical and business users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Use Cases, Test Cases, Document Management tools, Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Other preferred experience includes SQL, Microsoft Access, Lean Six Sigma, and Visual Basic for Applications. This is a six month contract opportunity with strong possibility for permanent hire in Jacksonville, FL.

Required Experience

  • Gathering & Documenting technical and business requirements
  • Use Case Development
  • Test Case Development
  • Process Improvement project experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL or Access scripting experience

  • Preferred Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge
  • Rational Documentation Process understanding
  • Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Document Management tool experience i.e Infopath
