We are searching for a mid level manager to lead real estate process transactions for a corporate global client. If you enjoy a hands-on high client impact to lead business activity that turn strategy into measureable results then this is the opportunity for you.

Responsible for supervising all steps in the corporate real estate delivery process.

Principal Duties

  • Oversees site selection, evaluates sites, previews sites, prepares materials for client inspections, and handles other tasks which arise during a commercial real estate transaction.
  • Develops and coordinates project requirements including client goals & objectives.
  • Frequently interfaces with clients, building owners, property mangers and real estate brokers. Prepares lease activity updates, regular financial reports, and validates invoices.
  • Ensures that clients corporate guidelines are followed with respect to lease and purchase negotiations and administration.
  • Prepares financial analyses and business case documents to support client objectives.
  • Implements follow-up programs with correspondence, visual presentations, etc. using existing templates and developing new materials appropriate for particular situations.
  • Oversees compliance reviews for design, construction, furniture, technology and move processes.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Broker''s or RE Salesperson.
  • Minimum of ten years corporate real estate or similar experience in managing a major RE portfolio.
  • Must have a borker or real estate license in the location your reside or equivalent license to operate real estate transactions.
  • Strategic thinker with action planning orientation.
  • Substantial leasing experience (five years).
  • Experience in delivering real estate for logistics operations; training in logistics a plus.
  • Solid track record of reducing occupancy costs and managing corporate real estate licensing and tenant construction issues, including zoning.
  • Extensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, and disposition of major corporate owned assets.
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with a detail- oriented focus.
  • Strong communications, financial analysis, project management and lease negotiation skills. Innovative, creative, and proactive interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on scenario on planning, and spreadsheet analysis and industry related financial modeling tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.
