Evaluation, direction, and provision of speech-pathology services to clients in the home in accordance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations. Responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic, consultative, and/or treatment services for individuals with communication disorders. Plans, directs or conducts remedial programs designed to restore or improve communication efficiency.

Education

Compliance with the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence (in speech pathology or audiology) granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.Experience:At least three months clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare.Licenses/Certificates:Current licensure/certification in the state of practice, current driver's license, car liability insurance and CPR card.
