SAP Support Lead
Our client is seeking a Full Time SAP Support Lead to over see the existing Support Team.
The individual will manage the day to day priorities for the SAP Support teams which include the functional configuration team, the ABAP development team and the Basis team. The individual is responsible for keeping the SAP system operational for daily use by the business.
Management of the SAP Support teams
Maintenance of a sound production SAP environment
Develop process & procedures for ensuring consistent configuration of business process across the SAP ECC landscape
Perform impact analysis of business process and technology changes
Providing functional & technical expertise on the SAP financial modules
Act as liaison between SAP Support teams and the SAP Project teams
Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the SAP business and IT processes
Assist in developing SAP system strategy, defining system requirements and executing proof of concepts
Required Skill Sets
5+ years of SAP functional & technical experience.
Functional experience in the FI / CO modules.
Technical experience in ECC and Netweaver components
At least 4 years of managing, leading, coaching and mentoring experience in the SAP support area
Able to work with functional / business users and technical / IT specialists
Capable of simplifying / communicating technical information to business users
Solid communication skills both verbal and written
