About This JobResponsibilities

Looking for a Project Control Analyst to provide financial reporting and analysis for internal and external monthly reports. Prepares Client invoices, cash flow tracking and verification of payment milestones. Provides Earned Value updates using our internal system to generate mid-month and monthly reports. Reviews ETCs and CPAC reports and graphs and communicates with appropriate project members. Leads EAC review and updates construction EAC tool. Monitors and requests line of credit increases as required. Monitors project costs, reviews labor and expense reports and submits corrections to project accountant as necessary. Monitors sales tax in compliance with contracts. Attends and participates in project meetings and project reviews as appropriate. Supports the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems. Ensures compliance with contracts. Prepares cost accruals monthly and submits to appropriate manager.

Duties

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field, or equivalent additional 4 years of experience in project controls

5 years project cost controls experience for industrial projects

Three (3) years experience in the use of Primavera scheduling software

Valid driver's license including ability to be insured by NORCON's auto insurer required.

Knowledge and use of Earned Value systems

Thorough knowledge of cost controls and other project control subject areas or disciplines+

Possess an understanding of how cost controls integrates with and impacts other areas, and builds understanding of business trends and industry issues and challenges

Alaska residents are preferred.
