About This JobDescription
Will handle approximately 20,000 pieces of mail per day, including approximately 1,000 Customer Service invoices/statements, 7,500 customer service statements and invoices, and a total of about 10,000-15,000 customer service invoices monthly. Fold, insert, weigh, seal, and post (meter) outgoing mail using automated equipment; batch and log outgoing International Custom Codes; deliver and pick up mail to the centralized mail areas twice a day; and apply domestic and international postal regulations. Maintain high level of safety, credibility, security, and confidentiality. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Work cooperatively with other employees.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have valid South Carolina driver's license.
Must be able to speak to customers on the phone and answer incoming calls on switchboard.
Must be able to drive up to 250 miles per day safely if assigned to operate courier van.
Must be able and willing to learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observation mainly in an on-the-job training setting.
Must be able to operate the following equipment: Pitney Bowes DM1000 Mailing Machine, Pitney Bowes Galaxy U732 Mailing Machine, Bell & Howell Mailstar 400, and client's proprietary computer system.
