About This JobResponsibilities
Our client is looking for an ON CALL Facilities Operations Support Specialist to serve as a receptionist with backup duties as mail clerk.

Duties
Qualifications
High School degree or GED is required.
Prior experience as a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator or strong customer service
Basic skills for office equipment: Copiers, Computers, Typing up to 40+ WPM, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel; Attention to details, accuracy is critical
Work in a team or independently without assistance for long periods of time (3hours)
Multitasking Skills, phones, greet guest and employees, logs for access cards, etc.
Ability to remain calm and provide guidance in an Emergency situation to responders
Security for building access – awareness of environment within area.
Proven exceptional Customer Service skills needed.
PLEASE NOTE : THIS CANDIDATE WILL ONLY WORK ROUGHLY ONE DAY A WEEK ( random schedule)
