General Summary of Primary Duties:
Responsible for duties in the servicing area of the department including, but not limited to, insurance and tax administration, loan terminations and discharges, modifications/ rollovers, payoffs, UCC fillings, and answering phones.
Education
A four-year high school degree with additional post secondary education.
Experience
At least two years secondary market mortgage servicing experience.
Under general direction and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Secondary Marketing Specialist is responsible for secondary marketing activities and meeting the servicing requirements as published by the investor. Has responsibility for the shipping and investor reporting of loans sold via a variety of software and investor accounting procedures. Provides assistance to members and other departmental areas as needed.
