5+ years of programming experience in ASP.NET framework using C #
3+ years experience with Silverlight
Experience with Expression Blend and Telerik controls
Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
2+ years experience with Oracle including design and implementation of tables, triggers and stored procedures
Experience in Classic Web and RIA development
Experience with applying well known software design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
A thorough knowledge and solid experience in Windows programming
Experience in SVN, SourceSafe, or TFS
Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
