Summary

Coordinate candidates and placement details with clients
Recruit candidates for open positions
Manages day-to-day client and candidate interactions
Assist Account Managers with the growth of accounts
Report all details and issues to Recruiters
Manage billing concerns with candidates & clients
Maintain compliance within state laws

Requirements

2+ years business experience in a service industry is a Plus
Experience in recruiting is a PLUS
Ability to multitask & be detailed oriented
Excellent phone communication skills
Scheduling or coordinating a MUST
TEAM Player / self-motivated / strong work ethic
Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
Fully proficient in software applications Excel and Word
Minimum of a Bachelors degree
