  • Answer technician calls to reorder route, update, note or complete appointments, and answer scheduling or customer service related questions
  • Answer customer calls to schedule, reschedule, cancel or note appointments, and answer service related questions
  • Monitor technicians throughout the day to ensure productivity
  • Manage quota calendars to allow adequate amount of work to be scheduled into future dates based off tech availability
  • Route scheduled customers appointments to available technicians based on closest proximity and skill level
  • Monitor previous days work to ensure work orders are completed accurately and notated
  • Monitor future work orders to ensure they are built properly
  • Confirm future appointments with customers
  • Advise customers of technician ETA
  • Utilization of Windows based computer applications and internet based applications to update and monitor technician and customer transactions, as well as excel spread sheets to analyze performance standards
  • Maintain a positive, professional appearance, behavior and conduct
  • Effectively work with coworkers in a team focused environment
