We are looking for restaurant managers, assistant general managers, general managers, Executive Chefs and Sous Chefs with hospitality experience ranging from fast casual to upscale full service. You must be able to control costs, coach and develop restaurant teams, possess strong leadership skills and be extremely hands on. You must have a passion for the restaurant industry as well as being energetic and a self-starter. Experience with local store marketing and community involvement is a plus.

Daily Duties May Include The Following

  • Interviewing
  • Training and Development
  • Coaching and Counseling
  • Guest and Employee relations
  • Ensuring all standards are being met
  • Controlling costs
  • Assisting where ever is necessary
