Division Order Analyst

Secure, examine and analyze necessary legal documentationto determineownership of producing properties. Knowledge of the legal implication and detect problems in title. Approve and confirm division orders, set out interest ofentitled to receive proceeds of sale of oil and gas production. Update changes to COIS to accurately release monthly royalty payments. Primary contact for inquiries of interest owners and their representative. Analyze and resolve problems associated with revenue distributions. Review suspense and defer title to determine if items can, or should be released for payment. Maintain oil and gas mineral owner and royalty lease records and files.

Requirements

Previous Division Order Analysis experience and/or Land Lease experiencein the Oil & Gas Industry is REQUIRED. Accounting,strong general administrative, and strong Microsoft computer skills are necessary.
