Responsibilitiesinclude But Arenot Limited To

Providing direct patient care to patients residing in Queens, Bronx & Manhattan
Coordinators of care, follow-up on changes regarding patient status, medications and assessing for services the patient requires.
Weekend and Holiday nurses will administer care according to MD orders and report changes to MD
See, plan and document their care/visits including the weekend.
Responsible for submitting billing information accurately and timely.
