Right now, we are seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator.

As a Sr. Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the systems environment. You will monitor systems, respond to problems and make plans for growth. In addition, you will provide in depth systems analysis.

• 5 years experience in Messaging related client/server environments, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange required
• Microsoft Exchange/Outlook/Lync certifications recommended but not required
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• English speaking
• Ability to lead junior team members from a technical perspective
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 and 2010 experience
• 5 years combined SMTP and general/standard email/messaging infrastructure experience
• 5 years Microsoft Lync Server 2010
• 2 years Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010 experience
• 3 years BlackBerry serrver support (version 5.x) for Exchange
• 3 years experience with TCP/IP Networks (routing, DNS, load balancing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of WinTel server components and Active Directory
• Ability to be on-call up to two weeks per month
• Primary support for EMC SourceOne and Email Extender applications (specific experience with these apps is not required, but experience with email journaling is required)

Lotus Notes Domino experience not required, but recommended
