Brand Manager
This key manager will lead the effort to develop and market a new line of productsand work closely with our Sales team to develop all promotional and support programs, packaging and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify strategies to reach goals, translates strategies to plans
- Develop understanding of channels, customers and consumers to create plan to penetrate
- Lead on support for channels, Manages promotion calendar
- Provides business updates (financial, account, share when avail)
- Key conduit with R&D to develop products for channel, and provide support for customer calls
- Works closely and collaborates with Sales, creating tools and programs for key customer penetration and support
- Sets priorities (I.e. account, geo, line/sku)
- Leads cross functional team to deliver plans
- Sets up tracking, assures plans on track
- Adjusts plans as needed
- Manages budget
Qualifications
- Bachelors, MBA a plus
- 4+ yearsbrand managmentexperience
- Experience building plans for new channels a plus
- Experience developing new products a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead change in brand
- Experience managing agencies, cross functional teams
