Innovate. Lead. Inspire. Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative Executive Chef 2 of Food Service for our corporate services account CBS Studios located in a Los Angeles, CA. Our Services include a full services café, catering, snack bar, concessions and snacks services on stage for casting member. The Executive Chef 2 position will work in a Studio environment requires a high energy individual that has the ability to multi-task and handle many projects at once. High volume of meals produced in a small kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, management experience and a leadership skills, must have experience in providing training and developing a staff of 10; should be hands on, able to take on challenges, and provide exceptional customer services.
Responsibilities Include
Qualifications for the Executive Chef will include prior culinary management experience in corporate services, culinary degree or applicable experience, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification. Bilingual in Spanish a plus, Studio background is highly desired. Strong organizational skills are a must.

Designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel in a medium to large account. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks within the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for clients. Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account. May cook selected items, and plan or price menus. Typically has chefs and cooks reporting to this position.
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
