NurseCore, a national home health and staffing agency, has exciting opportunities for Physical Therapists & Occupational Therapists for home health clients. As a Per Diem Therapist you will provide treatment as prescribed by an authorized practitioner in accordance with our agency policies and procedures, you will develop and update Plans of Care for clients, including treatment goals and will perform client visits in the home as directed by the Plan of Care. Per Diem Therapists report directly to the Agency's Clinical Director.

Requirements

• Current Florida Therapist License
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (for PT positions)
  
• Minimum one year experience in supervised setting
