Food Preparation And Production Help Needed

Edible Arrangements is seeking a motivated individual to help prepare fruit for daily production and help construct our breathtaking arrangements. Applicants should be detail oriented, enjoy working on a team, and take pride in the quality of their work. Food service and food prep experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus. Summary Of Key Responsibilities

Arranges bouquets according to EA methods and procedures.

Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes.

Plans arrangement according to customer's requirements, utilizing knowledge of EA designs

Selects fruit for arrangement.

Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging

Package arrangements or dipped fruit

Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware.

Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly.

Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.

Assist with taking in deliveries

Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
