Sr. Industrial Designer

Here at Perimeter, we deliver customized packaging solutions and product positioning to match the unique brand personalities that belong to our customers. That’s why we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic industrial designer to join our Innovation and Design team.

Bringing significant experience designing product and packaging, you will create structural packaging solutions that resonate with consumers at point-of-purchase and throughout the entire user experience. As a part of a cross-functional team, you will be involved from the earliest stages of strategic planning until market launch, integrating market, technical and business requirements into packaging consumers love.

We will depend on your ability to empathize with and advocate for a wide range of consumer needs and wants. Translating those demands into actionable design and business insights will catalyze our project team and guide our product’s evolution.

We are looking for a designer with excellent design sensibilities, 2D and 3D visualization skills, and able to articulately present their ideas and recommendations. Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the research team to identify consumer needs and wants
  • Lead the design process in the exploration and design of new packaging solutions
  • Assist in developing a consumer proposition for our products
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design concepts and visualize solutions
  • Develop a knowledgebase of consumer preferences and behaviors
  • Manage program and design activity
