We are a promotional event marketing firm in Philidelphia. We have recently expanded our campaigns and signed new clients in industries ranging from health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, gourmet foods and specialty household items. The demand for our cost-effective services has increased so rapidly, we are in need of expanding our marketing team to manage our new clients and continue our growth.
We strive to be innovative and cutting edge in all aspects of our marketing campaigns. We are looking for candidates that can bring creative, competitive and fresh ideas to our promotional events in Charlotte. Our growth and success is dependent upon our accelerated management training program and our ability to provide hands on training for our entry level event coordinators. Our in-store promotional events are perfect for college's graduates or candidates trying to find a career, and not just a 9-5 job.
Duties
The primary duties for our Entry Level Promotional Event Coordinator's:
Provide coordination and management of various campaigns and promotions
Contribute to the growth and performance of the division
Manage and develop promotions and materials
Publicizes event and works with Account Development to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience.
Stay up to date on changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objective of the client and adjusting events accordingly.
Requirements
Candidates should be ENTRY LEVEL with 0-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, promotions, event planning, public relations, or related field.
Candidates must be willing to travel to our different promotional events
Candidates must be able to start within 2 weeks
Candidates should be looking to get into a professional, growing company
Must have weekend availability
Candidates must love working with the public
