As a Dynamics CRM Technology Sales Professional (TSP), you will be a part of the sales team responsible for qualifying, developing and managing Dynamics CRM related sales opportunities. Along with the other sales team members in your geography, you will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of our products, and improving customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will communicate and transfer business process and solutions sales knowledge. The Central Region CRM TSP will be focused on Demand Generation (seminars, tradeshows), Solution Development (Discovery), and Proof Phases (Demonstrations) of the sales cycle. The CRM TSP is a critical part of the virtual team and works closely with the Microsoft Customer Account Team, Specialist Sales Unit and Dynamics partners. When a partner is involved, the CRM TSP assists in communicating Microsoft advantage and value. The TSP is an escalation resource, to assist in the sales process, for top tier managed partners (top 30). The TSP also provides business solutions technical evangelism to the broader community of partners and customers in the selected region through events (live, web).
Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability working with executive level stakeholders at enterprise customers to map Dynamics solutions to business initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the business value of our Dynamics application solutions and products and position them in competitive scenarios. Applicants should have a strong technical background with 5+ years industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front:line technologists. Candidate must be able to guide, manage and influence virtual teams. Candidate must be proficient in creating Solution Strategy mapped to the business plan for the accounts assigned.
A BA/BS or MS degree is desired and 20 or greater travel is required. The individual should be based out of the Chicago, Illinois area; however, candidates located throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience selling Dynamics business applications or competing offerings from firms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP.
