Position Purpose

Perform duties to plan, manage and implement the human resources function for new health plans

Knowledge/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of human resources experience. Experience with start up” HR organizations a plus.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, administration, and operations of HR services for new health plans
  • Collaborate with management on organizational needs including talent strategies, staffing needs, management development programs, and training initiatives
  • Oversee the operation of career fairs from initial coordination to candidate review to ensure a successful event
  • Recruit candidates to meet staffing needs and ensure all employees are oriented effectively
  • Evaluate current procedures and practices and ensure compliance with all human resource related laws, regulations and executive orders
  • Ensure the culture reflects, respects and celebrates diversity on all levels
  • 30% travel required
