Mandatory skills: Technical recruiting, Identify niche skills, sourcing
At least3 years of technical recruiting experience is required.
Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is essential.
Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Should have a sound grasp of various technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsible for high volume full life-cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting
Perform job analysis, source passive/active candidates and salary determination and negotiation
Develop candidate pipeline, screen and track applicants
Source candidates through various means such as job boards, networking etc
Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
A Bachelors degreeor equivalent workexperiencein place of bachelors degree will be considered
