V Minimum Of 10 Years Total Experience In Development Of Java/J2EE Solutions In A Web And WebSphere Environment With The Following Technologies

v Minimum of 10 years total experience in development of Java/J2EE solutions in a Web and WebSphere environment with the following technologies

v SOAP / RESTFUL based Web Service / JAX-WS / JAX-RPC

v Hibernate, Spring/Struts 2, JPA, JMS, AJAX, JSP, JavaScripting, JSON, JQuery, Dojo

v Hands on experience in developing web service using Top Down / Bottom Up approach.

v Strong web service integration skills (SOAP, WSDL)

v Good experience on using XML / XSD schema, SOAP UI

v Strong experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning.

v Strong SQL knowledge using Oracle and MS SQL Server.

v Experienced with IBM WebSphere 6.x or above (RAD / Eclipse) management and configuration

v Provide timely and accurate estimates for project deli verables

v Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

v At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

v Ability to work in a very fast paced development organization

v High initiative in working through difficult problems and obstacles

v Ability to work independently and with program teams

v Ability to work on several projects in parallel and meet target timelines

v Be on call 24x7 for production/support issues

v Technical Lead (Hands on) Experience is a plus
v Experience in Auto Insurance and Telematics a strong plus
