Acute Care

Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement specific treatment programs for patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team members. Work days are Monday through Friday,weekend and Holiday coverage as needed to provide 7 day a week coverage.

Education

Graduate of accredited physical therapy program or equivalent and B.S. degree.

LICENSURE: Current Connecticut licensure in physical therapy or demonstrated eligibility.
