The Northwest Region of Ampco System Parking has an opening for a full timeFACILITY MANAGERto oversee the day-to-day operation of a multi-level parking garage in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

Train and develop leadpersons, attendants and maintenance staff covered under the bargaining unit agreement

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Maintain audit program in accordance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Calculate and create payroll summary sheets and submit payroll data on a timely basis

Schedule work shifts to ensure proper staffing needs

Complete all daily cash receipt reports summarizing daily transactions in a timely manner

Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems. Coordinate with service representative

Assist the Operation Manager with maintaining excellent client relations

Implement company policies and procedures

Implement company safety program

Report unusual incidents to the Operation Manager

Additional projects assigned by the Operation Manager and Regional Manager

Requirements

High School Graduate or GED

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent math skills

Computer experience with Windows, Excel and Word

Excellent leadership skills

Minimum 2 years work experience in the parking industry or customer service related field

Knowledge of revenue control systems preferred

Salary DOE
