Position Summary

Opportunity for advancement and career development within a rapidly expanding and diverse tax team. As a Senior Staff in the Federal Tax practice you will be responsible for the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership and personal income tax returns. In addition to tax compliance, you will be involved in researching complex tax issues as well as identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities

Responsibilities

Preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns.

Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and consulting opportunities.

Mentor and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.

Research complex tax matters and communicate results.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

BS in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation is a plus

CPA or elgibility to sit for the CPA

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend

Consolidated C-Corp, Partnership, S-Corp, Individual and/or multi-state experience

ASC 740 preparation experience

Effective writing, communication and tax research skills

Private Equity experience a plus

Tax Technology experience preferred
