- Answers telephone and e-mails related to testing programs;process registrations for testing programs.
- Communicates with candidates regarding confirmation of registration and related information.
- Maintainsclientdatabase to include payment, registration status, contact information and examination results.
- Processes and review registration forms andAssists with examination materials for dissemination to administration sites.
- Assists with the preparation of candidate admission letters.
- Processes score verification requests and score reports.
- Administers review process for credentials according to client regulations.
- Communicates with applicants, clients and other professionals via letter, telephoneand email.
- Participates in review committee decisions and group meetings as needed.
- Performsas application, billing and continuing education content expert.
- Maintains database and generates requiredreports.
