Infinity Rehab is looking for a part-time Outpatient Program Coordinator who is interested in running an outpatient clinic at this 79-unit retirement community which includes 61 assisted living units and 18 memory care units. This unique position would need a qualified therapist who

  • Can build a proactive wellness program
  • Will market clinic to the community
  • Is able to complete screenings of residents and patients
  • Has experience working with dementia patients
  • Has used and is comfortable with manual therapy techniques
