Waukesha , WI company seeks Industrial Engineer. This position will be hands-on in an industrial setting, working through Lean Concepts to continuously improve metrics in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and materials management. Projects may include designing tooling and fixtures, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, facilitating process improvements, capital equipment justification, and project management. Requires candidates with: Good communication skills; Associates or Bachelor Degree in related subject (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology); Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office systems; Experience using AutoCAD and/or ProE; Basic knowledge of work method and time studies; Lean Manufacturing experience; and minimum or 5 years experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
