In this role you will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager and will be a peer to other Recruiters that support SRA's lines of business and recruiting programs to include College, Wounded Warrior and Internal Mobility. As a key player within SRA's One HR team you'll collaborate closely with a HR Business Partners and other HR staff to serve as a consultant and trusted advisor to the business and work closely with these teams to support all goals, objectives and responsibilities of the HR team and business line. SRA is growing and in this role you will have the opportunity to directly impact the Business with a strong reputation for hiring top talent and exceptional client delivery on our projects. As one of our recruiters you will develop and execute recruiting strategies to staff open requisitions as well as new proposal needs. You will engage in full life-cycle recruiting activities by managing an average of 25-30 open requisitions concurrently and meeting the set metrics. You have the ability to creative sourcing strategies that combine such traditional direct-sourcing methods as cold-calling with the latest online tools to identify, attract, and hire top talent in a very competitive labor market. During your transition with SRA, you will grow, manage, and regularly communicate with a robust pipeline of top level talent. You will be able to craft compelling job postings and conduct dynamic, informative phone and in-person interviews while partnering with your business. As a partner, you will lead weekly workforce planning sessions with hiring managers to address current needs. You will also have the ability to brief business and hiring managers on market trends and advise them on the various elements of each employment offer that is extended. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-lifecycle recruiting for high-demand IT skills and high-level security clearance with the ability to possess well-developed networking and strong client management skills and a demonstrated ability to help internal clients clearly articulate their hiring needs. The position will require a firm grasp of advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques, an ability to improvise, well-developed influencing skills, and a team-player mentality.
