Medical Technologist (Part-Time Nights) Waukesha & Oconomowoc

Location: Waukesha, WI
Detailed Work Schedule: This position will include part-time 3rd shift hours - typically 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, working at both Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. 20 hours per week. This position will be included in a weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs work of moderate to high complexity evaluating correlating and interpreting laboratory test results in more than one section of the laboratory. Maintains absolute integrity in the accurate performance and reporting of results. Observes professional discretion with patient information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Lab Science or equivalent and completion of approved Medical Technologist Training Program. May also consider an experience Medical Lab Technician. 2. Must be ASCP and/or NCA certified as a MedicalTechnologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent or eligible.
