The Medicare Sales Managment position will have direct oversight to two Community Sales Representatives (CSR's) and will be the subject matter expert for the dual products in the state of Washington. This position will be responsible to drive the performance of the sales team, along with being responsible for the strategic planning and execution for the WA Health Plan. Collaborating with leadership of the distribution plan and responsible for the execution and follow up for that plan. Strong business to business community relationships is key for the success of this position.


Develop and publish the Community Sales Representative (CSR) model and position's market level strategy

Strategic planning and development for the WA Health PlanEnsure consistency of roll-out, implementation and execution of the CSR modelPartner with C&S State Plan Leadership to:Align with Plan Leadership on CSR staffing required for their marketsCreate onboarding strategy for each CSRCoach and develop CSR's to deliver consistent performanceProvide ongoing feedback to Plan Leadership on CSR performanceServe as liaison between C&S Plan Leadership and M&R Distribution in market for the roll-out, engagement and follow-up of the CSR position and modelPartner with in market M&R Distribution leadership and agents to effectively enroll and engage all distribution channelsResponsible for ongoing performance management of all CSR's
