system. Under the direction of the Manager, Information Systems
Department, provides application support to user Departments.
Acts as the key liaison between the business community, vendors and
the IT Department. Responsible for Tier 2 support of
Health Advantage Connect
Business Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering, compiling and
synthesizing information with regard to technology processes and/or
systems. Analyzes and evaluates client business requirements,
understands workflows, translates customers? high level requirements
into functional specifications. Supports
the application build, performs
testing, training and maintains application
changes and upgrades. Develops system documentation
including analysis, workflow, application build, procedures, and
manages specifications - build changes. Provides customer
support for existing and new systems. Requires strong
interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and
possible application to the business.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field, or an
equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Current driver's license, abstract, and current HI auto
insurance. One year of experience in functional analysis,
system design and/or business applications.
Preferred: Experience with supporting EMR Implementations and
Support. Experience in analyzing workflow and implementing
changes in workflow. Epic Application Proficiency/Certification
build, implementation support and troubleshooting experience is a
plus. Experience in Healthcare IT. Strong analytical,
problem solving, written and verbal communication
