Java Software Engineer

We are looking for quality individuals looking to join a fast-paced team environment: To qualify you must absolutely (without a doubt) possess:
Java software development and programming experience of 1-3 years -- junior level; 3-7 years mid-level; and 7+ years senior level.

UI Software Development Engineer

Help to define and guide the technical direction of the overall XIFIN system User Interface and experience. Ensure system enhancements and new product features meet high quality usability standards.
To qualify you must possess: 3-7 years experience in Web-UI design and development of business applications, combined with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in this area.
Experience developing in multi-tiered systems architectures deploying high-demand, and business critical solutions. A desire to make a major contribution as part of an agile development team in a small and nimble organization.

Software/Development Tools

Your background should include significant experience with JavaScript/JSP development and debugging, Model-View-Controller development architecture preferably in Spring MVC framework.
Experience in Java development is very important and highly desired.

Required Skills

SQL software development and programming experience of 1-3 years -- junior level; 3-7 years mid-level; and 7+ years senior level.
Experience developing in multi-tiered systems architectures deploying high-demand, and business critical solutions -- preferably in a SaaS environment.
A desire to make a major contribution as part of an agile development team in a small and nimble organization.
Financial systems background is a plus.
Software/Development Tools: Your background should include significant experience with the Spring Framework, Hibernate, or other high-performance Object/Relational persistence and query service tools.
