Opportunity forOccupationalTherapist to join LifeWorks Rehab in providing comprehensive, progressive inpatient rehabilitation service to patients who have had joint replacement or other surgery, experienced a stroke, or been injured in an accident. As one of our skilled professionals, you will work with the patient, the patients family and the physician to develop a complete, individualized recovery plan. You will then follow the plan to help motivate patients to gain the skills needed to return home and enjoy life again.

As a LifeWorks Rehab therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop effective treatment plans and record treatment and charges, obtain approval for service from the referring physician and treat residents according to the physicians treatment plan, screen residents for potential benefit of OT intervention, and participate in discharge planning. You will also superviseOccupational Therapy Assistants and aides.
