Everstaff is currently hiring several Customer Service Representatives for a well known utility company in the Akron area!!! Positions start in April. Must apply NOW!

Provide exceptional assistance over the phone to clients, setting up accounts, answering inquiries, updating, in accordance to business rules.

  • *Pay: $11/hour
  • *1st Shift - Mon-Friday 8-5 or 9-6
    Must be able to work occasional OT

    • Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalency required
    • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience over the phone
    • Able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
    • Demonstrates effective oral and written communication
