The Insurance Operations Analyst 2 position within Escrow and Insurance Services is responsible for interacting, facilitating and communicating between numerous groups responsible for the data integrity and servicing of Optional Insurance and Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). The team member will be required to be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel in order to complete and process weekly & monthly reports. Team member will handle escalated issues regarding PMI deletion requirements and Optional Products. The team member will also be responsible for providing reporting as required by the management team in regards to Optional Insurance and PMI deletion processes. This team member is responsible for supporting business specific projects and/or segments of larger projects that provide analysis and solutions to business problems as they relate to PMI & Optional Insurance. These projects may impact other lines of business and external vendor processes. This team member functions as a lead business operations contributor. Therefore, this team member should exhibit advanced problem solving skills, the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision, the ability to lead / direct other team members, the ability to collaborate across business lines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This team member will be required to analyze business issues and make recommendations to maximize the efficiency, quality and compliance. This team member may create management reports, generate monthly operational results, interpret and make recommendations and identify trends and issues for the department managers.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of operations experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to research, compile, and perform basic analysis on operational data. Independently provides basic summary of operational data. Possesses basic troubleshooting and resolution skills. Has good reporting skills.
