We are currently seeking a Associate Director, Learning and Leadership Development to join us in our Montvale, NJ office.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and implement leadership development initiatives throughout the firm, with an emphasis on the manager and partner level
  • Project manage small and large scale programs, including vendor and instructor management, evaluation strategies, materials development, logistics, and facilitation of train-the-trainer sessions
  • Manage internal consulting projects and implement programs to meet clients' needs
  • Identify, assess, and advise on individual and organization-level development needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tools and resources to support development initiatives
  • Design and develop other learning and development solutions for various audiences based on client needs

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of progressive learning and development experience with a focus on leadership and executive development and/or organization development; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Extensive content knowledge experience in management and leadership skill development and traditional leadership competencies
  • Demonstrated skills in leading large, complex team-based development projects, coaching others, client advising, performance improvement and measurement, program evaluation, and design and delivery of blended learning interventions
  • Ability to travel up to twenty percent
