We are currently seeking a Associate Director, Learning and Leadership Development to join us in our Montvale, NJ office.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement leadership development initiatives throughout the firm, with an emphasis on the manager and partner level
Project manage small and large scale programs, including vendor and instructor management, evaluation strategies, materials development, logistics, and facilitation of train-the-trainer sessions
Manage internal consulting projects and implement programs to meet clients' needs
Identify, assess, and advise on individual and organization-level development needs
Collaborate with internal teams to create tools and resources to support development initiatives
Design and develop other learning and development solutions for various audiences based on client needsQualifications
Minimum eight years of progressive learning and development experience with a focus on leadership and executive development and/or organization development; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Extensive content knowledge experience in management and leadership skill development and traditional leadership competencies
Demonstrated skills in leading large, complex team-based development projects, coaching others, client advising, performance improvement and measurement, program evaluation, and design and delivery of blended learning interventions
Ability to travel up to twenty percent
