  • Assists insupervising site staff including safety, maintenance and operations
  • Will learn to run the equipment on the site
  • Will assist in clerical/administrative duties
  • Assigns work and monitors performance of workforce

    • Requirements

    To qualify you must have at leasttwo years of supervisory experience preferablyin the steel, aggregate or other relatedindustry.

    Must have experience with preventative maintenance programs and procedures, and industrialsafety programs. Knowledge ofheavy equipment operations including loaders and excavatorshelpful.

    Strong communication and people handling skills required.Preference will be given to those experienced in construction, quarry/mining /aggregate operations or in the basic metals industry.

    Must have intermediate computer proficiency ina Microsoft Office computer environment.
