The Staffing Coordinator works to provide adequate numbers of competent staff to meet patient care needs. The coordinator oversees the monthly scheduling process, daily staffing sheets, interaction with nurse staffing agencies, compliance with payroll policies, and record keeping related to licenses and validation of clinical competence.

Education

Must have a current New Mexico Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Licence.

Experience

Minimum of three to five years experience in a of position similar responsibilities. Must have good computer skills and firm knowledge of medical terminology. Good interpersonal skills required.
