We have an immediate opening for a customer service focused Field Service Technician!

This position contributes to the overall success of the company by blendinga combination of technical expertise with vitally important interpersonal skills to provide our clientswith superior service.

Essential Job Functions

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Installation, training, and repair of Brenton Packaging equipment
  • Attend training and meetings as required by leadership
  • Assist in office-based duties when not required to be in the field
  • Keep current on trends from both market & technical standpoints

Requirements

  • Excellent Mechanical/ Electrical capability and mechanical problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
  • Knowledge of industry and applications
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 70% for job
  • Computer literacy
  • Must have own, dependable vehicle and good driving record
