Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide field observations of the Contractor's activities to ensure that the project is built according to the plans and specifications. Produce code inspection reports with photos and a narrative. Email code inspection reports to the WHPacific office. Coordinate with the contractor to schedule inspections. Personal Protective equipment including safety glasses, vests, and hardhat will be provided for use and are required on construction sites. The candidate needs to provide their own steel toed shoes. A computer, printer and camera will be provided for use. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed based on receipts. Occasional overnight stays at a hotel may be required for remote locations upon approval. Approved mileage will be reimbursed at current IRS mileage reimbursement rate based on logged miles.

The employee works in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate. The noise level on the construction site is often loud. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to ten pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds.
