Responsibilities

Provide support and training to casino operators on IGT products including(see related position above)

Prepare for and conducting training courses at a customer location or on-site in a classroom at IGT: instructor led training (ILT), on the job training (OJT) and virtual instructor led training online (VILT)

Participate in the development of support material and courses.

Conducts technical training courses and provides consultation at customer site during and after installation / upgrade.

Work with installation team to understand customer operations and systems modules to be installed on site.

Walk through system configuration and master set up.

Provide ongoing initial set up support at customer site for go live period.

Provides post-installation customer training support.

Developing working relationships with high level casino personnel.

Participate in operational audits and process analysis.

Adhere to IGT/departmental standards of conduct, safety regulations and other IGT policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education required

Two (2) years casino experience required.

Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required.

Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic and international travel required.

Experience with Windows products (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook). Knowledge of SQL, SAP, e-learning a plus.

Experience with course development and training methodologies for technical content preferred.

Prefer basic knowledge of / skills in the content areas of:(see related position above)

Training principles and delivery

On- and off-site training logistics

Communication skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)

Must be at least 21

Frequent and extended travel, both domestic and international, mandatory on average 50% up to 70%. (Could be out 2-3 weeks at a time on location.)
