Help Desk Support
Job Classification: Contract
Providing support for in house end users. This position is working on a team that encompasses 3 different shifts for 24 hour support. The group supports the following technologies: Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Active Directory password resets, Outlook, and also working with Alteris for ticketing and imaging. Their current team cannot handle the increased workload so they are looking to hire on additional members. It will be a mix of troubleshooting issues, upgrading existing applications and software tools to newer versions, migrating, and new installs. Our client has hundreds of applications and this person will need to be able to get up to speed quickly in any applications that they have not already worked with.
