Position Description

Provide automated test support in the design,
development, installation, modernization, and maintenance of JITC automated
test systems, traffic and message loading devices, and strategic and tactical
equipment. Responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of JITC test
beds, laboratories, and test systems, to include the DNCC, CNC facility,
COMSEC account, and related equipment in support of C4I testing, Combatant
Commander/Service exercises and real world contingencies. Support functions
may include: Support functions may involve: Designs, develops, and performs
systems engineering and modernization for JITC hardware and software test
systems and facilities. Provides on-site technical expertise in support of
testing, Combatant Commander/Service Exercises and worldwide contingencies.
Plans, configures, operates, and maintains test networks, test beds, and
laboratories to meet customer requirements. Operates, configures, and
maintains COMSEC equipment in support of C4I testing and performs COMSEC
accounting and maintenance. Support management of leased communications
supporting test networks. Provides maintenance of physical plant, test support
equipment, test instrumentation, systems, and test computer facilities in
support of C4I testing. Supports the development and management of JITC's
Five-Year IM Program. Supports the development and maintenance of plans
relative to the improvement and modernization of JITC assets. Required

Education & Experience

Bachelors' Degree in technical related field. 4 years'
experience in a directly related field for Associates level, 8 years'
experience in a directly related field for Intermediate Level, 12 years'
experience in a directly related field for Principle Level. Experience can be
substituted for education in some cases. This position is contingent upon
award of task orders. All candidates will be subject to a standard background
investigation prior to on-boarding.
